This service has recently been updated and looks a little different, do not be put off.You do not have to nominate a pharmacy -  by clicking not now when it asks you, you can continue your order.

We currently offer the facility for ordering your repeat prescriptions, booking GP appointments & viewing allergies & adverse reactions online.  This is via EMIS Patient Access using our website www.evelynmedicalcentre.co.uk .  If you do not already have a username and password for this system you will need to register for them by calling into the practice to register in person.

Evelyn Medical Centre confirms that all systems are in place to allow patients to access booking appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions and viewing allergies and adverse reactions online if you have registered for the service.

We are working closely with our clinical software providers to develop appropriate systems for patients to request online access to their detailed coded records using a method that is secure and safeguards the best interests of the patient.  (only with patient consent) Please ask if you are interested in this.
