Job, Insurance, Sporting Activity etc. do not book online.

making an appointment on line, the LOCATION of the surgery
is given below the Doctors name - HOPE or HATH (HATHERSAGE),
The LOCATION of your appointment WILL NOT SHOW on a printed
confirmation. Unfortunately this section of the Website
is beyond Practice control.

Advice and Telephone Consultations
You can telephone 01433 621 557 to speak to a Doctor or
Nurse between the hours of 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm.
If no one is available at that time we will phone you back.
Home Visits
If your illness makes a home visit
necessary, please phone 01433 621 557 between 8.00 am and
11.00 am.
You will be asked some details about your illness so that
the doctors can organise their priorities.
If you telephone after 11.00 am we will ask you to speak
to a Doctor.
Out of Hours Service
Our surgery is closed on evenings, weekends and
Bank Holidays.
It is also closed on the 2nd Monday afternoon of each month
between 1 pm and 4 pm for training for the whole Practice
team.
If you require urgent advice or a home visit please ring
our main number 01433 621 557. You will hear a recorded
message and then you will be automatically transferred to
our out of hours service. The responsibility for commissioning
this service lies with our PCT.
